A striking cool-climate Syrah grown just a few miles from the Pacific Ocean on California’s SLO Coast. The wine shows lifted aromatics of blackcurrant, cracked pepper, charcuterie, and savory herbs, with hints of violet and dried spice adding complexity. Medium-bodied and vibrant, it balances dark fruit with peppery, herbal nuances and bright coastal acidity, finishing long and elegant with fine-grained tannins.

About The Producer

Nestled just outside Cambria along California’s rugged Central Coast, Stolo Vineyards is one of the few true coastal estate wineries in the region. Established in the early 2000s, the winery quickly gained acclaim for its cool-climate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah—wines that reflect the fog-kissed vineyards and limestone-rich soils only three miles from the Pacific.
