Cheval Blanc. The one and only. For just under a decade, they’ve made this exceptional white wine and set the wine world ablaze. This newest 2021 vintage is one of my personal favorites. Sauvignon blanc and semillon, from the preeminent estate in Saint-Emilion...this wine is BEYOND RARE. 95 POINTS and built to last for years – we are stoked to have a tiny parcel of this elusive unicorn, to be had for only $170!

80% sauvignon blanc and 20% semillon for this release – and the latter makes this as sexy, fragrant, and textured of an offering we’ve seen yet! More than ever before, we were swooning as aromas of Bartlett pear, white peach, lemon zest, mango, tarragon, mandarin blossom, wild fennel, stony flint, and sea spray just POP out of the glass, kept in careful balance with flinty gunsmoke, river rock, and chalk minerality. Based on its rarity alone, it’s a no-brainer – but on taste, smell, and mesmerizing potential – this is an absolute must for collectors and enthusiasts alike! Only 10 cases available and sure to fly quickly! Do what you must to make a couple of these yours – to be enjoyed for years to come!!!

About The Producer

Cheval Blanc purchased a property from Saint Emilion that was owned by Mouiex, and has spent the last 8 years experimenting with clones and yeasts to create their ever-first white wine.
