80% sauvignon blanc and 20% semillon for this release – and the latter makes this as sexy, fragrant, and textured of an offering we’ve seen yet! More than ever before, we were swooning as aromas of Bartlett pear, white peach, lemon zest, mango, tarragon, mandarin blossom, wild fennel, stony flint, and sea spray just POP out of the glass, kept in careful balance with flinty gunsmoke, river rock, and chalk minerality.
