Founded in 1975 by Ron and Elva Laughton in Heathcote, Victoria, Jasper Hill quickly earned renown for producing profound, terroir-driven Shiraz. The estate’s unique Cambrian soils lend depth and character to the wines, which remain benchmarks for the region. Today, Jasper Hill continues as a family-run operation, with the second generation carrying forward its legacy of biodynamic farming and handcrafted winemaking.
