From the wild, steep heart of Galicia, this is a field blend grown on terraced sites at 800 to 850 meters on sandy granite, mica, and quartzite soils, farmed by one of Ribeira Sacra’s most exciting young projects. It’s led by Mencía and co-planted with old-vine locals like Mouratón, Grao Negro, and a handful of white grapes, whole-cluster fermented and raised in neutral oak. It’s bright, perfumed, and precise, with fragrant red fruit, sweet spice, and a juicy, dark-fruited finish.
