Cool-Pack

Include an cool-pack in your summer shipment! Our cool-packs start frozen and are built to absorb heat, so in high-temperatures it may arrive to you warm and melted. This is completely normal! Cool-pack orders are also packed with extra insulation to protect your wine during final mile delivery. For deliveries via our Regional Hub network the cool-pack is inserted at your local hub to protect your wines during delivery.

This product is reusable— simply pop in your freezer to re-solidify.
