98 points from both Jeb Dunnuck and James Suckling, 97 from Decanter: the 2019 Figeac is collecting perfect scores like trophies. This is a Right Bank wine with an almost Left Bank sense of structure and gravitas, layered with dark fruit, iron, pencil shavings, and an impossibly long finish. Figeac on a roll, and 2019 is one of the finest chapters in this estate's storied history.
