As for Pinot Noir, we have several to choose from, but perhaps my favorite is the 2023 UV-SL Vineyard Pinot Noir, which won a worthy 97 points – with a salty minerality due to its close proximity to the Pacific and undertones of cedar and sandalwood accenting a deeply rich and silky core of pomegranate, red cherry, and blackberry.

About The Producer

Mark Aubert has loved farming since, well, since forever. Raised in St. Helena with farming in his blood and returning to the Napa Valley after university graduation, Mark is a career winemaker whose life passions converged when he and his wife, Teresa, founded Aubert Wines in the late 1990s. Combining his love of farming, passion for growing grapes and a relentless obsession for detail, you have the inspiration behind Aubert. Mark crafts the wines of Aubert to speak gently to a variety of wine lovers with one thing in common? Elective palates that expect nothing but the best.
