Tastes like: crisp apple meets winter sparkle
Ingredients:

1 oz cranberry juice

½ oz lemon juice

½ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + hot water)

Splash of soda water

Garnish: sugared cranberries or rosemary sprig
Directions: Shake all ingredients (except soda) with ice, strain into a coupe or rocks glass, top with soda.
