A study in elegance and restraint, this 2013 Blanc de Blancs is like a finely tailored suit—sharp, sophisticated, and built to age with grace. Crafted from 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay, it shimmers with citrus zest, white flowers, and a chalky minerality that sings of the Côte des Blancs. The extra brut dosage keeps it taut and racy, while seven years on lees have added layers of brioche and almond. A Champagne of finesse, patience, and quiet power.

About The Producer

Bruno Paillard is the epitome of elegance and innovation in the world of sparkling wine, crafted by a maison that prides itself on precision and artistry. Founded in 1981 by Bruno Paillard himself, this independent Champagne house is renowned for its meticulous attention to detail. The estate cultivates 34 hectares of vineyards, 12 of which are classified as grand cru. Approximately half of the grapes used in production come from these vineyards, while the rest are sourced from trusted growers. Bruno Paillard Champagnes undergo a minimum of three years of aging—double the appellation requirement—and often much longer for vintage and prestige cuvées.
