Philippe Cambie is the winemaking consultant behind this project. He’s a true legend in the Rhône with his keen talents for coaxing elegance, finesse and approachability out of Rhône varieties. He works with the likes of Château de Vaudieu, Domaine les Cailloux, Clos du Mont Olivet, Clos Saint Jean and a long list of others, including a new Grenache project with Phil Coturri in Napa and Sonoma. Over the years he’s earned over fifteen 100pt scores and was named oenologist of the year in 2010 by Robert Parker. When you want a well-crafted, elegant wine, you call Philippe, and that’s just what owner Nathalie Reynaud did when she decided to move away from selling her fruit to the local co-op and pivot to launching her own brand.
