This is a classic Loire Valley sparkling wine made from Chenin Blanc, offering a refined balance of freshness and texture. About The Producer
Founded in 1953 by a collective of Loire Valley growers, Cave des Producteurs de Vouvray unites dozens of family vineyards across the Vouvray appellation to produce a wide array of Chenin Blanc wines — including traditional-method sparkling expressions under their “C. Greffe” label. Today they farm hundreds of hectares, preserving the deep heritage of Vouvray viticulture while embracing modern cellar techniques to deliver wines defined by crisp acidity, bright fruit, and fine mousse. Their Brut showcases the terroir’s characteristic nuance — orchard fruit, honeyed notes, and delicate minerality — offering an accessible gateway into Loire’s classic sparkling style.
