About The Producer
Harmand-Geoffroy is a family-owned winery located in the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation of Burgundy, France. The estate has been in the hands of the Harmand family for over a century, and today is run by Philippe and Sylvain Harmand, the fourth generation of winemakers in the family. The winery produces a range of red and white wines, with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay being the primary grape varieties. The wines are known for their finesse, elegance, and complexity, with flavors of red and black fruit, earthy undertones, and subtle notes of oak. The vineyards are located on some of the best terroir in Burgundy, with limestone and clay soils providing ideal growing conditions for the grapes. If you're a fan of classic, sophisticated Burgundy wines, Harmand-Geoffroy is definitely worth trying.
