This wine is a knockout! We were so stoked on this we actually sent this wine in to be reviewed after we bought it. This is classic Beckstoffer magic, with all the cassis, blackberry and dusty black cherry that make these wines some of the best in the Napa Valley. Veteran winemaker Tom Hinde (Lokoya, Cardinale, Verite, Stonestreet, Flowers!) shows off his skillset in this plush, polished and hedonistic cabernet. To our knowledge, it may be one of the first PNV wines to be professionally reviewed! 96 points from Owen Bargreen who reviews Washington State for Vinous Media. About The Producer

Taub Family Vineyards date back to the early 1930's, when Mary Taub started a career in the wholesale buisness. His son David then joined his father in the family buisness and distributed incredible wines form California and from other regions. Since then, wine has always been the focal point of the family. This wine is in honor of historic Beckstoffer Vineyard Georges III which was purchased in 1928 and looked over by the legendary Andre Tchelistcheff. This wine truly embodiesa pure expression of its vineyard with elegance and balance.
