A singular expression of Ribera del Duero, this wine reveals profound depth with aromas of dark plum, roasted coffee, and crushed violets. The palate is powerful yet refined, with fine tannins and a mineral-driven finish. It is a testament to meticulous organic farming and traditional winemaking techniques.

About The Producer

Join the dream-come-true story of Jorge Monzón and Isabel Rodero at DOMINIO DEL ÁGUILA, a family winery located in the heart of La Aguilera, a picturesque town in the Ribera del Duero. With Jorge as the skilled "vigneron" and Isabel as the talented architect, this dynamic duo has combined their efforts since 2010 to bring their vision to life. Nestled within the prestigious "Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin" and the "Ecological Council of Castilla y León," DOMINIO DEL ÁGUILA boasts some of the finest vines in the region. With 30 hectares of aging vines, the majority of which are grown organically, and 5 relatively young hectares (less than 50 years old), this winery is truly a treasure trove of vine-growing expertise. And, for more than 10 vintages, they've even been supplying grapes to some of the top wineries in the area! So let's raise a glass to Jorge and Isabel, and the delicious wines they create at DOMINIO DEL ÁGUILA!
