There are wines that capture a place, and then there are wines that elevate it — the 2022 Baker & Hamilton Cabernet Sauvignon does both with effortless grace. Crafted by none other than Francoise Peschon, one of Napa’s most revered winemakers, this Oakville gem reflects both her deft touch and the power of this world-class terroir. Awarded 93 points by critics, it’s a Cabernet that commands attention while whispering its story in layers — dark cassis and sun-warmed blackberries, laced with threads of graphite, cedar, and fresh tobacco leaf. Each sip feels like stepping onto Oakville’s storied soils, where afternoon light bathes the vines and the air hums with promise. Polished tannins frame its lush core, while a gentle kiss of French oak lends warmth and spice without ever dimming its brilliance. Whether you cellar it for a future celebration or uncork it now to experience its youthful vibrancy, this is a wine built to impress — a rare Napa treasure made all the more irresistible by the hands that shaped it.
