Produced entirely from Wente clones and aged 19 months in 100% new French oak, the 2016 Chardonnay Steiner Vineyard opens with wonderful ripe apricot, spiced apples and lemon curd notes with hints of ginger, baking bread and honeysuckle plus a touch of allspice. The palate is medium to full-bodied, rich and satiny with seamless freshness and a very long, savory finish. 150 cases produced.
