The NV Brut Les Vignes de Vrigny 1er Cru, Egly's 100% Meunier, is positively gorgeous in this release. Warm and resonant, with a real sense of immediacy, the Les Vignes de Vrigny is showing beautifully today. Dried pear, spice, dried flowers and chamomile are all laced together in a Champagne of total class and personality. This release spent 36 months on its lees. Disgorged: July, 2019.
