The 2012 Pinot Noir Sta. Rita Hills is a gorgeous, entry-level wine from Sandhi. Bright red berries, rose petals and crushed rocks burst from the glass. This is an unusually bright, focused Pinot for the year. The 2012 is absolutely delicious, and a huge overachiever. The Sta. Rita Hills Pinot is a blend of fruit sourced from Bent Rock, Rita's Crown and Encantada, mostly destemmed and fermented together.
