As good as it gets, yet in a different style compared to the also perfect 2016, the 2015 Maya Proprietary Red Wine boasts a sensational, ethereal, heavenly style to go with tons of cassis and blackberry fruits intermixed with notions of dried earth, tobacco, chocolate, and a beautiful sense of minerality. This cuv?e is normally a blend of 60-70% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Cabernet Franc, and it?s the Cabernet Franc that gives it another layer of complexity and elegance. The sexy, upfront nature of the 2015 vintage is front and center. This is a magical wine to drink over the coming 3+ decades.

Too late, we are SOLD OUT!
1992 Maya is a wine that is permanently stained in my memory, an epiphany moment and one I won't soon forget. Under the masterful hand of Andy Erickson, the recent vintages are equally as impressive as ever. Only time will tell if this wine will blossom with bottle age as the '92 did, but either way, Maya is an iconic statement of the Eastern Oakville's red volcanic terroir.
About the Producer
Take Oakville Crossroad east until you hit Silverado Trail and look up across the road 400 feet above you, that’s Dalla Valle. Since Gustav and Naoko Dalla Valle purchased the property in 1982 and began planting vines, this exceptional site has continually distinguished itself as the ideal site for producing some of the world’s finest wines, thanks to the perfect convergence of lingering sunlight, cooling marine influence and red volcanic soil.
