One of our favorite grower producers in Southern Champagne, Remy Massin is on a rampage, creating some truly exceptional wines that express the terroir which is more Burgundy than Champagne. Because of the soil, it is most often pinot noir that reigns supreme here, but this special new bottling is the first Blanc de Blancs ever produced at this estate. This area is hot with young talents and this father/son team are at the top of the heap having been tending vines in Ville-sur-Arce in the Cote des Bar since 1865. While this producer remains under-the-radar in the states, the bistros of Paris have long guzzled their incredible elixirs. We at First Bottle are huge fans and you should be too!
