Like the 2014, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon SVV comes from the southern part of the Valley, closer to the San Francisco Bay. Slightly deeper in color than the 2014 with similar blackberry and blueberry fruits, lots of incense, violets, and floral aromatics, it packs slightly more concentration and depth, with additional tannin as well. This is another rocking Cabernet Sauvignon from winemaker Jean Hoefliger that?s going to drink well for two to three decades.
